The Wayfarer Recognized for Literary Excellence

EHS's literary magazine ranked as excellent by the NCTE
2017 WayfarerEdgewood's literary magazine, The Wayfarer, was selected to receive a rank of excellent in the 2017 National Council of Teachers of English's program to recognize excellence in student literary magazines.

The mission of NCTE’s program is to encourage all schools to develop literary magazines, inspiring excellence in writing and school-wide participation in production. The Wayfarer is a fine example of this mission in action! Kudos to faculty advisor, Natalie Koblinski, and The Wayfarer staff on this recognition.

The Wayfarer is a literary magazine written by Edgewood students. Students submit poems, plays, short stories and essays to the Edgewood writing contest. Pieces are chosen by a panel of judges and students to be published in The Wayfarer.
